Kia Ora! I’m Sandra and I specialise in gentle holistic healing modalities for Individuals who seek deep relaxation, inner nourishment, more clarity, balance and meaning or wanting to breakthrough old limitations or patterns towards change in their life.
 

With over 25 years of combined experiences with Energy Healing, shamanic practices and Esoteric Hypnosis, I have helped countless clients feel confident, overcome blocks, reconnect with their true selves and live a life aligned with their soul's purpose.

Through Quantum Energy Healing and techniques like Reiki, Chakra Balancing and much more, I utilize the natural energy flow and guide it through the levels of the Bio-Energy-Field which promotes balance, harmony and Well-being in the physical body naturally. It helps to remove blockages and restore flow within the body's energy systems. This holistic approach is supporting healing on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels and you will feel a sense of relaxation, inner peace and overall vitality. All you need to do here is being open to receive.

By working co-creatively together in a series of multiple Quantum Energy Healing Sessions, QFT or Journeys over months, where you are open and actively explore within, practice between our meetings and be involved through self-observation, journaling and practicing grounding techniques, we can achieve big leaps to positive results, deep healing and address other barriers and root causes of imbalances to support all levels of your Being.  This will bring empowering changes into your Life that impact you positively and where you start to evolve and expand into your best self.

Through Esoteric Hypnosis we go a step deeper into the consciousness to heal and explore deep levels of your BEING that are ready to evolve and to create lasting change from old traumatic programs, belief systems from your life but also ancestral lines. What is Esoteric Hypnosis?

At its core and one of the secrets of the power and success of any of the Hypnotique Protocol Esoteric Hypnosis® Programs are, that they are totally soul and spirit oriented.

In this sense it is Hypnosis for the body, mind, soul and spirit. It is true Esoteric soul-centred Hypnotherapy that works at a deep soul level to effect transformational shifts in consciousness. Some of the journeys work with Soul retrieval, including past life regression. 

How does it work?

Hypnotique Protocol Esoteric Hypnosis® uses advanced techniques that weave together forces inherent in the subconscious,  unconscious and the deepest level of the human psyche and utilises the power of Soul and Spirit to affect rapid, deep and permanent change and transformation. 

I help you to identify and address a pattern that your Soul wants to clear and is ready to move on from. This can be something you have tried to work on before and it still keeps popping up or it can be a goal you have not yet been able to achieve. We work together to help you become really clear on what it is and then we work on clearing anything that is standing in the way of you getting the outcome you want.

Then I take you through a particular process in which you enter what is called the Healing State of Consciousness^©. The Healing State of Consciousness^© is where you can release your current reality. When you experience that, you begin to open up to new possibilities, new realities, new worlds and new ways of being.

You will experience shifts during each sessions enabling you to embody more and bring into life that which you have been dreaming about. There is some active homework to be done from you between Sessions to have the most impact and embodiment of this work.
